A new user account will be made for each current HOA member if requested. User accounts can also be created for non-homeowners (renters) in the Meadows of Blackhawk, but you must note that in the message field of the form so we can match up the account. You will receive your account information at the email address you entered when submitting your request.

User Account Creation Response Time

*** User accounts are usually created within a few days, but please allow up to 7 days for a new user account to be created. This is a committee of volunteers and we create accounts and answer emails as we can get to them. If you need an account created urgently, please submit the form and note that in the Message field along with sending an email to the below address.

If you have not received a response within 7 days of submitting your request, please check your SPAM or JUNK email folders first. If you still can not find the message, send an email to explaining your situation. We will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please also provide the same information you submitted in the form originally.
